FHS Band to Perform in Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade
The Fishers Marching Tiger Band is one of 6 high school marching bands to perform in the 97th annual Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade on November 23, 2023. Follow along on their journey to New York and be sure to tune in! Learn more at fishersband.org/macys2023.

NPT Night Lights
The beloved Nickel Plate Trail will transform into a twinkling wonderland for the NPT Night Lights, presented by Centier Bank. This free light display is located along the downtown portion of the trail. The event will host live music and food trucks on December 1, 2, and 3 from 6 to 8 p.m. Learn more at playfishers.com/nptlights.

Santa’s Mailbox
Drop off your letters to Santa in special mailboxes located on the Nickel Plate Trail (near the 116th Street intersection at the swings) and the Ambassador House at Heritage Park (10598 Eller Road). Beginning Friday, November 24 Letters will be accepted through Friday, December 15. For those who are unable to drop off in person, email your letters to santa@fishers.in.us. Learn more here.

Cookies with Characters
Fishers Parks is hosting a unique character experience complete with games, crafts, cookie decorating, and more! Taking place at the Ambassador House, this event will occur on December 16 and 17 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All parents and children must be pre-registered to attend. Angel of Hope Candlelight Ceremony
Fishers Parks and Recreation Foundation hosts the fourth annual Angel of Hope Candlelight Ceremony on Wednesday, December 6 from 6:15 to 7 p.m. at Heritage Park (10595 Eller Road). Coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies will be offered before lighting candles and making a short walk to the memorial at 7 p.m. The memorial serves as a peaceful, non-denominational place for families and friends who have lost children of all ages to grieve, remember, heal, and hope. Christmas Tree Recycling
Fishers offers a free Tree Recycling program, where residents can drop off bare, live trees December 26 through February 1 at one of several park locations throughout the city. Learn more here.

HEPL Season of Giving

Celebrate Kwanzaa
