Districts of Fishers

White River / Conner Prairie District

The White River District celebrates the community feel and history of Fishers. This area is the perfect place to call home, with several quaint neighborhoods in close proximity to four-star schools and many nearby parks and recreation areas. Whether you’re walking the expansive trails, taking an adventure back in time at the Smithsonian-affiliated Conner Prairie living history museum, or enjoying a game of bowling at Pinheads, you’ll feel right at home in this community-centered district.

Nickel Plate District

The Nickel Plate District is the civic and cultural epicenter of Fishers. Located in the heart of downtown, you’ll find outstanding live entertainment at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater, community festivals, popular restaurants and shopping, a robust network of multi-use trails, as well as civic services and resources in the Municipal Complex. Stop by the Nickel Plate District during summer months for the Fishers Farmers’ Market, enjoy date night at LouVino, grab a pint and Hoosier tenderloin at Four Day Ray Brewing, or shop the trendy boutiques for the perfect day on the town.

Entertainment District

The Entertainment District is an 18-acre master-planned mixed-use development that offers an artful blend of dining, retail, entertainment, and residential living all in one beautifully designed location. Central District

Fishers’ largest district, the Central District is full of family fun. Located along State Road 37 and I-69, this district boasts a wide variety of local and regional restaurants and shopping, is the home of four-star Fishers High School, as well as several elementary and middle schools, and features several options for neighborhood and apartment living. Whether you’re splashing around at the Billericay Park splash pad during the summer months, teeing off at Gray Eagle Golf Club, or taking a lap K1 Speed Indoor Go Karts, there’s always something to do in the Central District.

Geist District

Located on the southeast portion of Fishers, the Geist District lifestyle centers around community and lake life. Home to Geist Reservoir, a 1,900 acre lake that’s a popular destination during summer months, there’s no shortage of things to do. From lakeside restaurants where you can relax on the patio, to waterfront homes and trails displaying beautiful, mature trees and foliage, and the home to the future Geist Waterfront Park, the Geist District is the perfect place to visit or call home.

Saxony District

The Saxony District, located on the east-central side of Fishers, is always buzzing with community events and happenings. The 750-acre, mixed-use development includes diverse housing, multiple office districts, and unique retail within a pedestrian-friendly, vibrant neighborhood. Home to Saxony Beach, a popular, 20-acre lake and public swimming area, the beautiful Saxony Hall event venue, several family restaurants and watering holes, and close proximity to Hamilton Town Center shopping, the Saxony District is the perfect place to live, work, and play in Fishers.

West

Fishers West District is the perfect place to live, work, and play. From hiking the scenic trails at Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve, to dining at locally-owned restaurants, and shopping quaint small businesses, the West District is the perfect mix of residential neighborhoods and great amenities.
