Based in Morristown, Viking Lamb is owned and operated by Terry and Jane Knudson.

The business began in 2001 after co-owner Terry Knudson began caring for an injured sheep. The interest in raising sheep for meat blossomed from there.

The business started their booth at the Fishers Farmers Market in 2019.

Co-owner Jane Knudson said she loves building relationships with customers and watching residents support local farmers.

Loin chop and ground lamb are Viking Lamb’s bestsellers, but the most unique product are their lamb brats.
