The Walking Waffle Co. is based in Carmel and run by the Lewis family.
In business for 14 years, the family began the venture after enjoying local markets and wanting to take part.
The family started their booth at the Fishers Farmers Market in 2013. Co-owner Royce Taylor says his favorite part of the Fishers Farmers Market is the people. “It’s like a family reunion every Saturday.”
WHAT TO GET:
The Belgian Liege Waffle. These are ready-made waffles that can be eaten plain or with toppings, of which the most popular are Nutella and the “Red, White, and Blue” – strawberries, blueberries and homemade whipped cream.
