Let’s just say, this is nacho average blog post. I’ll try not to be too cheesy, but in queso you didn’t know, National Nacho Day is November 6. I’m here to taco all about where you can find the best plate of nachos in Fishers, Indiana. Read on, but be warned: you may get hungry!

Burritos & Beer

14094 Trade Center Drive, Fishers

Find this local restaurant in an unassuming strip mall, but the Yelp reviews show it’s a fan favorite. In fact, it’s made the list of Yelp’s Top 10 Places to Eat in Hamilton County, twice! Burritos & Beer keeps it classic, featuring chips, queso, beans, rice, choice of meat, lettuce, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese. Yelpers love adding grilled chicken or chorizo to their plate – and don’t forget the jalapeno ranch.

Everything is made fresh to order at Samano’s Mexican Food, including the pastor (marinated pork) that’s slow roasted on a vertical spit with pineapple and onion, just like how it’s prepared in Mexico. Order up Adrian’s nachos to try the pastor meat for yourself.

Korave Korean BBQ

9713 District N Drive, Suite 1210, Fishers

Hold up: nachos at a Korean barbeque restaurant? You read that correctly. Sure, these aren’t your typical Mexican nachos, since Korave is a Korean fusion restaurant located at the Yard at Fishers District. But if you’re willing to expand your palette (and definition of nachos), this is worth the try. The Mee-chin nachos come with galbi (grilled beef short ribs) meatballs, monterrey-jack, nacho cheese, red onion, green onion, parsley, gochujang (red chili paste), and creamy galbi sauce.

Yelper Danny M. said, I will Korave those nachos. Mee-chin Nachos is the menu name. More like mee-have double-chin nachos. I loved the nachos. Like really loved. Like moment of silence, clink your boots, scream out loud love.
