Clothing and Accessories:

  • Nordstrom

    • Every year, billions of pounds of usable clothing end up in landfills. An easy way to reduce the environmental impact of fashion is to keep clothing in use for longer—whether it’s in your closet or someone else’s. Through our clothing donation program, we hope to make it easy to give used clothing and accessories a second life. Together we can prevent waste and support nonprofit organizations. As part of our commitment to circularity, by 2025, Nordstrom aims to help customers donate 250 tons of used clothing and accessories. Clothing donation is available by mail nationwide—or you can drop off donations in western Washington Nordstrom stores, at Nordstrom in New York City and at Nordstrom Locals in the LA area and New York City. All donations are directed to nonprofit partners, where they’ll be sold to support community programs like job training, education and access to healthcare. Our priority is to keep clothing in use and out of landfills. If there is an organization in your community that you prefer to support with your donations, we encourage you to continue donating locally.
