Fishers Touch-a-Truck Rescheduled Due to Weather
Fishers Touch-a-Truck event has been rescheduled due to the anticipated weather forecast. The rescheduled event will take place on Wednesday, June 7, 2023 from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (6 Municipal Drive).
Ahead of the event, attendees can sign a waiver and get a wristband for the inflatables. Wristbands that have already been picked up from the Fishers Parks office will be valid at the rescheduled event. The waiver is for inflatables only, attendees do not need to sign a waiver to get in trucks or equipment.
Kids can explore Fishers’ fleet of big rigs, including tractors, snowplows, police cars, and fire trucks at the free Touch-A-Truck event on Wednesday, June 7 from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m.at the Nickel Plate District Amphitheater (6 Municipal Drive).
Enjoy live demonstrations from Fishers Department of Public Works, Fishers Fire Department, and the Fishers Police Department, including extractions, K-9 exercises, bike safety, and road paving, as well as kids’ activities from Fishers Parks and food vendors.

Free street and garage parking is available throughout the Nickel Plate District. Garage parking is available in the Flats at Switch parking garage located to the east of City Hall (1 Municipal Drive), the Police Station garage (5 Municipal Drive), Nickel Plate Station Apartments (8700 116th Street), Spark Apartments garage (8780 North Street), and First Internet Bank garage (8701 E 116th Street). Surface lots are available in the Flexware Innovations (12 Municipal Drive) and North Ellipse lots. View a parking map.
