Mental Health Awareness Month Digital Toolkit

Thank you for supporting this initiative and for joining us to create a Stigma Free Fishers. Mental Health Awareness Month in Fishers is an opportunity to spread awareness and educate our community on this important topic. We invite you to us these materials to showcase your advocacy, educate yourself and others, and further the discussion on mental health awareness. Facebook Profile Picture

  1. Go to your profile.
  2. Click the camera icon on the bottom right of your profile picture.
  3. Select the “Add Frame” option.
  4. Click the search bar and type “Stigma Free Fishers”. 
  5. Select the frame.
  6. You will then be taken to a screen where you can decide how long you want the frame displayed on your profile picture. 
  7. Click “Save”.
  8. Done!

Instagram Stickers

  1. Go to your profile. 
  2. Tap the “+” on the bottom right of your profile picture at the top of the screen to create a Story.
  3. You will be taken to your camera and you can take a photo, or you can tap the bottom left and you will be taken to your camera roll where you can select a photo or video you want to upload to your story. 
  4. Once your photo or video is selected, it will take you to a screen where you can edit the photo. Tap the fourth button from the left on the top (it is a smiley face inside of a square). 
  5. Search the term “Stigma Free Fishers” and three stickers will pop up (you can also search @FishersIN to find them too!).
    1. Tap the stickers to add them to your photo or video. You can move them around or pinch them to make them bigger or smaller. You can search the term again and add more than one sticker, as well. 
    2. When you’re finished adding them, tap “Send To” in the bottom right of your screen and tap the button “Share” next to “Your Story”.
    3. Done!
